Kuwait Opens First National CBRN Defense Center

The Saab group, in partnership with the Kuwait National Guard and Bader Sultan & Bros, have opened the world’s first fully integrated CBRN defense center, covering the country with both fixed and mobile sensor units. With this system, operators will be able to make more quick and accurate decisions in the face of CBRN attacks and threats. The center was designed to provide simulated training capability, including for the national guard’s automatic warning and reporting system. The Kuwait National Guard also received the Automatic Warning and Reporting (AWR) system  from Saab in 2015, which serves as a key part of the new center.
